Keeson Bordes Bullocks County High School 2018

D1Spects Analysis- Bordes showcased his ability to score no matter who was guarding him. He can beat defenders off the dribble and finish strong around the rim. Plays with a high motor and is always involved in the play. Good basketball IQ. Needs to improve his consistency from the mid range and three point shot. Was named All Tournament Team MVP for his impressive performance.

Jordan English 6’4 Ranburne High School 2018

D1Spects Analysis– English was one of the better low post position players. Has outstanding footwork and finishes plays after contact. Very aggressive on offense and was a good defensive rebounder. Has a soft touch around the rim and can hit the mid range jump shot. Needs to improve his ball handling and extend his game to the wing to play at the next level.

Tray Huguley 6’4  Saks High School 2018

D1Spects Analysis– Huguley has good length and size. At the tournament he displayed his ability to play in the low post and rebound.  Huguley has decent athleticism but will need to develop his strength. At times struggles to finish plays and allowed his opponent to out muscle him.  Needs to be more aggressive on offense and develop an outside attack to play at the next level.

Kevonte Cooper 6’3 Valley High School 2018

D1Spects Analysis- Cooper was effective as a rebounder and cleaning up the glass for second chance points. Cooper runs the lanes well on fast break situations and is not afraid of contact. Needs to become more of a complete player. Needs to improve ball handling and extend his game to the wing.

Brinson White Auburn High School 2018

D1Spects Analysis- White was one of the better defensive point guards in the tournament. He played outstanding lock down defense on the opponent’s best defender. When he needed to hit the outside shot, White rose to the occasion. However White’s strong suit comes with driving the basketball.  He has the ability to beat defenders off the dribble and finish strong absorbing contact. Although White can hit the outside shot, it is not consistent. Has a tendency to fall in love with driving the basketball and not trusting his mid range game.
