Madison Durr 5’11 Bunche Middle School 2021

March Madness- At the March Madness tournament Durr demonstrated his ability to score from the perimeter and run the offense. He has a quick first step and has the ability to create shots for himself. Averages 20 ppg and 7 assist.

Improvements– Needs to improve his upper body strength and learn how to finish plays under duress.

Jaquez Smith 6’1 Bear Creek Middle School 2021 

March Madness– Smith showcased that he is a very physical player and is not afraid of contact. Very aggressive with the basketball and plays with high energy. On defense Smith is a solid on ball defender.

Improvements- Needs more consistency with his outside jumpshot, and has to be under control with his ball handling. Needs to extend his game to the perimeter.

Bobby Moore 2021 Dominion Middle School

March Madness- Moore demonstrated he has the ability to get to the basket and hit the outside shot. Very feisty player and plays with good instincts. Always active on the defensive side of the ball. Averages 18 ppg and 6 rebounds.

Improvements– Has the ability to get to the basket, but finishing plays after contact is questionable. Also has to limit his turnovers.

Christian Nazier Fields Hapeville Charter Middle School 2021

March Madness- Christian demonstrated his ability to rebound and his inside presence on the offensive side of the ball. Very tough inside with the basketball and active on defense. Averages 14 ppg, 11 rebounds and six steals. Stock will rise as he improves his game.

Improvements– Ball handling, and mid range jump shot.

Quentavius Chandler 5’2 North Clayton Middle 2021

March Madness– Chandler demonstrated his ability to control the tempo on offense and set up his teammates for easy points. High basketball IQ, very rarely made the high risk low reward play.

Improvements– Has the ability to play on ball defense, but needs to improve his strength and defensive awareness.

Khalif King renaissance middle school 2021

March Madness– King demonstrated that he plays the game with a chip on his shoulder and plays with true heart. Not afraid to get into an opponents face on defense and not afraid of contact. Good consistent outside shot.

Improvements- Needs to improve his upper body strength and off ball scoring.
